A And Z Computers sold me a defective computer Chicago Illinois

i bought a computer from this company not knowing that they had illigal software on it and that it didnt perform the way it was suppose to. when i got home and played around on it,it soon after didnt work i dont know all about computers so i took it to a computer repair shop and they told me that my computer is not even worth fixing and that it had illigal stuff on it and i should call the people. so i did and i dint get a answer so i left a message and no one has contacted me yet. i bought the computer one 1/30/2009 and by 2/3/2009 the computer no longer works.i really couldnt afford the computer but i bought it anyway and i feel that i was cheated out of 290$ dollars that i would like back.
