This company has to be the most disfunctional warranty company EVER! They screw you around and make you bounce from person to person all d**n day... My transmission went bad in my car and had it towed 4 miles down the road to the Ford dealership and they didnt even cover all my tow! That was strike 1... Strike 2 was when they didnt even supply me with a rental until the car had been in the dealership for 2 weeks and then they finally authorized for a USED JUNK YARD transmission to be put in which still took another week! They authorized 3 days of rental i ended up paying a weeks worth of rental out of pocket on top of the fact they didnt even cover all the things to fix my car! Strike 3 the transmission got put in the car and the god d**n reverse didnt even work as well as the over drive either!

Again im without a car and they offered to give me 1 day rental while the other yet again USED JUNK YARD transmission is shipped to the dealership... 1 day???? REALLY 1 day??? Thanks @$$holes for your genourosity!
Strike 4 oh yes im not done yet... The warranty company wouldnt even pick up the phone for the dealership they made the dealership deal directly with the vendor who supplied the USED JUNK YARD transmission which they too dont pick up their phone or give the dealership an ETA on the replacement transmission.

Fix is still pending and it has been 3 and a half weeks! My advice is save your money and if your car messes up pay out of pocket i know it really sucks but trust me the stress this company puts you through is wayyy worse!

WHY DO THEY GIVE YOU A USED TRANS . DO YOU GET A DISCOUNTED CONTRACT PRICE . OR SOMEONES LEFTOVER MILES. IT BULL THAT THEY TRY TO SAVE MONEY BY GOING THAT WAY .YOU DONT KNOW WHY THAT VEHICLES IS IN THE JUNKYARD IN THE FIRST PLACE . AS FOR AA WARRANTIES YOU SHOULD DISTANCE YOURSELF FROM THOSE COMPANIES THAT DONT PAY OR PLAY FAIR . LET YOUR CONSCIENCE LEAD YOU AND NOT YOUR WALLET ALL THE TIME.

AA Auto Warranty is an automobile extended warranty brokerage. We broker for multiple warranty administrators. We do not process, approve, deny or pay any claims; the warranty administrators do through their claims departments.

We have serious doubts about the validity of this complaint. First, searching our files, we find no customer named "Kidder" in Houston or anywhere else, so we have no way of investigating what actually happened with this claim. Second, the phone number for us that Kidder gives is not our phone number. It is the number for one of the administrators. If Kidder has a complaint about how that administrator handled his claim, his complaint should be directed toward that warranty administrator. And third, since Kidder actually has no complaints against AA Auto Warranty at all, maybe this whole complaint is false, or planted by one of our competitors.

If Kidder would identify himself to us, AA Auto Warranty's customer service department would do everything possible to resolve our customer's dispute.
