On Tuesday 02/09/2009, we bought a BOSE system from ABC Warehouse in Flint,MI on Miller Rd. We paid $499 for it, after we borught it home and had it installed by professional installer and we noticed we didn't need the DVD player we bought as well I went to return it to the store. The store manager informed me that we had got the wrong system and demanded me to return to it ASAP. As this is not problem if the store gives me a high-end item then agreed upon and then on top of that comes to our house and demands it back without even installing the correct system back or didn't even borught the DVD player promised as comp. for their mistake.
They just walked staight in, took the system and left the house. We will report this to Police,ATG of MI and BBB.

When the store informed you they had installed the incorrect system why didn't you cooperate with them to fix the situation?
Why did you let them in your house without the police present? You do realize they can't enter your property without permission?
It sounds as if you knew they installed a better system, and thought they couldn't do anything about it. When they came to get it, you got mad because you couldn't keep their property.
