I saw this product advertised whilst reading my mail on MSN and thought I'd try out the trail offer priced at $4.95. I went through the required process and when I'd entered my bank information it came back thanking me for my payment of $24.95 with no receipt generated!!!
I tried to mail them immediately which was returned then tried to call the number provided to no avial as it's always unmanned.
I went into my bank and explained what had happened. I was advised to cancel my bank card straight away to prevent them taking anymore money from same and the matter is now being investigated.
Please don't be taken in by advertisers using MSN - I wrongly assumed they were reputable given where they were advertising and have recieved mails since stating they are on MSN obviously tapping into people's trust?
I have reported the matter to MSN and hopefully these people will now be stopped but please, please, please cancel the card you used to make the transaction as they will continue to take monies from same until you take measures to stop them!
