I made 6-8 phone calls to Acanac to make sure they could meet my needs and I had to go and spend approx $200 on equipment to use them as in ISP.

I made my order, and then a couple days later received an email that they could not provide service to me.

1 of their employees had cautioned me that if I am a former Rogers Communications customer, that they could prevent me from switching to ACANAC, if Rogers chose to, as acanac leases its lines from Rogers.

Rogers was sued approx 5 yrs ago under ant-trust laws for this.

Acanac made me "jump through hoops" to get their service, and then after repeatedly telling me they could provide service, switched their story and told me they couldn't. Causing for me : expense and stress!

I am not sure who the real problem is acanac or Rogers?
