Acanac provides terrible technical support.

I was using their VPS service to host the website of my business, and their server went down.  I've tried to contact them by phone and literally waited on the line for hours without getting through.  I've tried to contact them through their technical support ticket service, and all I get are rude and terse replies to my queries, none of which address my questions about what is going on, and then will the server be back up again?

The final insult is that, after being down for more than a week, I've had to contact my bank to block them from continuing to charge my credit card for this service, which they are currently not providing.

These scammers have three businesses providing similar internet services out of their address in Mississauga.  They are also doing "business" under the aliases Canaca, and Zazeen.  Beware.
