WARNING! This company is not concerned about their customers and runs a very sloppy mail order organization. I placed an order and was informed via email that the parts were on BO. I emailed back to cancel the order and they made up a story that the parts were now in and they would be shipping. I told them to cancel anyway and then they told me the order had already shipped. Not. Two days later I get a shipment confirmation email with no tracking. After several more email attempts teling them to cancel the order I finally gave up. The order did show up and was refused, unopened. Now they want a 20% restocking fee. I have date proof emails of cancellation at least two day prior to the order shipping and they couldn't care less. Stay away from this place. Many other better mototrcycle parts companies to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Unfortunately after an order is ship it can no longer be cancel, it will have to be return. Since most of our orders ship free shipping there is a restocking charge on returns. Our return policy listed on our website explain that we will charge a restocking fee on returns. We are sorry that you place and order and them change your mind and decide to make a return without re-ordering anything else.
