Ordered industrial grinding wheel with 5/8 -11 threaded hubs.

They sent wheels without any hubs. We can not use these.

Called customer service several times always put on hold and no one ever answers after you are put on hold.

#8 Consumer Suggestion

Call the right person!

Charlie, I had the same problem. We ordered a specific tool and was sent a cheaper version with parts missing. Became very frustrated because no one would talk to me, always got routed to someone else who couldnt help. Even was told by the manager that they dont issue refunds! Finally I happened to talk to a nice man who seemed very concerned and wanted to help. He even encouraged me to call only him, not the manager, so that tells you how shady this company is. Anyways, after keeping in touch with him and following his directions, we received a check in the mail for a refund. His name is Jerome, and his extension is 1116. Call the main number you have and then enter his extension. Leave a message if he isnt there. And tell him you want a refund, NOT a store credit. I wouldnt ever buy tools from them again! Just be polite and I think he can help you out. Good luck!
