Ace Industrial Supply Inc Over charging Burbank, California

I have purchased products from Ace Industrial before. I paid by check and it took  3 months to straighten out the problem. The check cleared my bank but I was harrassed for three months that I hadn't paid. More than once I faxed a copy of the cleared check along with a letter stating that I had paid.

I recently purchased a tool from Ace. They are very pushy and just won't let up. After I received the tools I searched on the internet and found out that I could buy the same product for almost half with no shipping. They  tacked on $51 in freight charges and whatever STC is.

I am going to return these products. I will ship them insured and requiring a signature.
