Ace Industrial Supply, Inc. National Recovery Collections, LLC numerous harassment calls - tie up our phone lines with redials for hours a time...called our CPA a w****! Burbank California

ACE collections department harass and threaten our employees with; bench arrests, Sheriff is on his way, fraud, theft of services, etc. They tie up our phones hours at a time using a redialer. 

John Johnson insults employees with name calling, they have a loser job, etc. John Johnson called today and our CPA was in the office to pick up tax information, She picked up the phone to help out and got John Johnson who started in on her, when she asked about settlig this account- John Johnson called her a w***e.   

This is crazy, a person who just was stopping by gets asaulted by Ace Industrial Supply.

The re-dial continues at this time and they said it will until we pay with a credit card, our attorney advised do not give them any credit card information as they could continue to take money once they have the information. We sent a letter by certified mail with a cashiers check to pay this bill in full. The letter is a demand to stop the calls to our business or we will start a lawsuit as entitled by the Fair Collections Pratices established by the federal government.
