We require each and every person that purchases material from Ace Industrial Supply to identify themselves as a "Buyer", to provide credit references for the company they are buying for.  Verification is is place to ensure that each and every customer verbally authorizes:
Buyer Name
Address
Billing address
items
Cost
and terms

Without an authorization, we are unable to send material out.
 
If you have an employee that has authorized a shipement, used your business name and committed fraud against you and us, purchased material that was unauthorized 

Fraud does occur. Most businesses work with us to resolve these issues. We attempt to get the material back and if that cannot be obtained, then we work on price adjusting the invoice to accommodate the business owner.

Ace Industrial Supply has been in business for 22 years, providing tools and equipment to people and businesses all over the country.
