ACE Industrial Supply Sales rep told me he was senting me a drill bit set for free. All he asked is that I use them so that I would see how good they are. When I got the set I noticed an invoice for $395.00 - If the phone calls are "recorded for quality assurance (lol)" then it would be clearly evident that I did not agree to pay anything and I was explained that it was a sample. ACE Industrial Supply is stealing from small companies Nationwide! I was comtacted by a Representative from above mentioned company. The Rep. said he was senting a sample drill bit set for me to try out. Additionally, he asked one thing of me - that when I recieve the package that I open it and use the product so that I see they are the best. When the package arrived at my place of business I noticed an invoice in the amount of $395.00 - No where in our telephone conversation was there any mention of me getting a bill! if all phone calls are recorded for "quality assurance" it would be evident that the rep said he was sending a "free sample." This company already has multiple complaints with Consumer Affairs and Ripoff Report. BUYER BEWARE!
