Ace rent a car does not like customers. All I asked them for was reciepts for the several months I had rented the car and for them to send me a bill for the last couple of hundred bucks. They will not send you or give you reciepts, they will not clean or maintain anything to do with the car when you have it long term. Its their way or the highway.

ACE offices provide roughly 500,000 rentals a year. It is our goal that every single rental is a great customer experience. We are very disappointed when we see reports such as this one. Because this is an anonymous report, we have no ability to check into the circumstances of this rental. However if any ACE customer feels that their rental was anything but an experience they can highly recommend, we invite them to call us at 800 243-3443 so that we can have an opportunity to make it right.
