A Rogers Smith and Peter Black (senior attorney)contacted me leaving threaten messages that I took out a payday loan and need to pay or legal actions will be taken against me. I really taught this was true until I researched and found your site. They contacted over 10 times in two days and even contacted my place of employment. They have my checking account number and routing number, social number last four digits. Where these people get my information from I don't know. I' m contacting all three credit bureaus and social security office. I also closed account with my bank. Someone please help. Here are the numbers they calling from 646-520-0833 and their fax number 847-378-6236. What puzzled me is they kept asking for my debit card number .
