March 24, 2010 I received a call from a man named Kevin Petersen. He said there was a warrant out for me. I asked why & he said I took out a payday loan July 2009 & didn't pay it back. Did not take out a loan. He said I did it on the internet. I asked him the name of the payday loan place & he kept saying my client. I hung uip on him & he called right back & says why did you hang up on me? I told him because I did not take out a loan. He said I had been served papers, which I haven't. He told me I needed an attorney because I was going to court. I told him I didn't need an attorney because I didn't take out a loan. He said my employer will serve me papers at work tomorrow. I am retired & on social security. I don't even work.
I tried to get a loan but didn't get it & $19.95 was drafted from my bank account just for applying. The name of the place was 200 cash.

That is all it is - these scumbags hacked into websites and pulled information - You owe nothing and FYI you cannot be arrested for a debt unless it is a bad check period
When they call tell them you know it is a scam and hang up - check your credit report if you want and put a fraud alert on it - ABC news did a special on these losers months ago so you are ok -
