I was contacted because I was looking into business opportunities. They convinced me that with ebay and a pharmacy business would be good. Then they called the day I received the paperwork and convinced me with pressure to buy their advertising. They said that it was guarrantied to make your money or they would refund my money.

I read the information and consulted people and refused to sign paperwork with my SSN. I wrote them a certified letter to get a refund. This was after numerous phone calls that were unanswered. The signature on the return receipt was there, but no printed name.

I sent a second certified letter with the same result(none) and only signature on receipt, but a different person.

In November I put a complaint in with the BBB in Phoenix and they can't find them.

I need to know what I can do next to get back some of my money and insure no one else at my age has to be subjected to this health theathened stress.
