Adnet Marketing Solutions they lied to me and now refuse to refund my money or answer the phone Phoenix Arizona

What i have learned is that i will never again believe what a company tells but now only give advice to the next potenual victim. Be extremely careful, check a company out and if like in this case there several complaints make a u turn in the oppisite direction, no one will come forth and say by the way i'm a crook so what's your bank acct #? A person needs to check out how other clients are doing, most of the info you do find on any website is made up. Check out the forums on the net to learn what good or bad experiences people have had.

Companies that are truely on the up and up will not argue with their customers or take the little bit of money they have, because when they do, it just shows how crooked a company can be. But keep in mind that there are still a few good companies out there who do help their customers and dont belittle themselfs by argueing with a customers. Just do your home work first before you comitt to anyone, most who require a committment of mths or 1 yr is becasue that there tells you they dont do very well for their customers and knowing that, the customers tends to complaint so not to loose money they force people to make a long term committment.

So be very careful when you are going to do business with anyone, especially when you see alot of complaints on different forums as well. Just become educated, not taken, even though iam advertizing it still has gotten me no where because most people just go straight to the website they want, they dont need to find mine when all they have to do is go straight to E-Bay or whatever company they are serching for.

Adnet Marketing has always had a 6 month refund policy and only a 6 month refund policy, it is stated on all paper work and on the front of our web site and most importantly on the audio that we let all potential customers listen to before they get started.

We also record all conversations when we go over the refund policy and terms of conditions, in our verification stage of setting the client up with our services. If need be, we can play the audio back for the client, to verify that this is the case.

Also, ask your self to anyone reading this, who in their right mind would get into a business venture that promises results in the first 30 days!! Who could do that ?? and better yet who would believe that ? Most successful bussinesses take time to work and to develop, whether our client does the work or we do it for them or somewhere in between, that is why we ask that they try it for a minimum of 6 months. What was stated on the audio is "you have 30 days from the 6 month time period of working your business to request a refund" .

What happens in many cases when someone needs to make money fast they try a business venture to see or hope it makes them money in the first few days or month, and usually that person never does anything to help improve the business or in other words, work the business. They hope magically the situation they are in will get better, then immediately want a refund no matter what they agreed to .

Please look at what has been stated and what has been rebuttled in this matter to make a fair assesment of this situation. The first time it was the 6 month policy and we owed the client a refund, then when that was proved to be untrue , the 6 month policy did not matter it was something else. It is always going to be something else.

Please to anyone making comments on a publicly viewed message board like this, make sure you have your facts correct and what you are saying is the truth, we as always have our lawyers looking into claims that are being made, and anything that is slanederous , we will have them follow up further with the matter. I was lied to period!! At first over the phone they told me i had 30days to get my money back if this wasnt for me, i would NEVER had signed up with them if i knew in advance that it was a 6mths committment. To all who are seeking to work from home, please check the company out first, and most importantly read the terms and conditions part because thats where they get you. i should have known better that to believe these guys from adnet marketing, they are fast to get your money but then they disapear on you. They claim to have your interest at heart but if you dont cough up several hundred for advertizing you are S.O.L!!

Do not do business with these people, once you say yes, they force you to stay. And they didnt tell me at first that not just anyone can order from my site, its only good for first time buyers with e-bay. If you decide to go ahead and do business with them, beware their program Wizard to link you up with free advertizing has a virus so you'll end up loosing your computer. Iam just greatful my computer was able to detect it before it was too late. Like i said they told me at first it was 30days not 6mths thats why iam very upset, they lied!!!! Word of mouth on bad experiences spreads quickly, like a wild fire, so believe me I have emailed many friends to warn them. I just dont want others to be lied to and taken for a ride.

The claim that this client is due a refund and hasn't been paid it yet is not true, we offer a 6 month refund policy , where if you advertise the business for 6 months and have proof you are eligible for the refund.

Please look at the date the client started June 26, 2007 , that would mean July = 1 August = 2 September = 3 October = 4 November = 5 Decemeber = 6 so that means that Decemeber 26,2007 would be the first day the client is eligible for a refund. As far as our phones down, that is true, only one of our lines is functioning, as we are having our techs look at why are t-1 lines are down , anybody that calls is getting a lot of static over the phone.
