I opened an account with this company and after my money was in their hands they never called me back to do any actual work. When I wanted to work with their "customer service tech" Mike Tomlin or their "marketing coach" all I ever got was changes in the story but no help.

After asking for answers to several questions about their system and what was happening with my "marketing package" I was never given any information, only the story that it's a waiting game for the spiders of the search engines to pick up my site. Then it would all begin.

They keep transferring me to the next "CSR" and that person told me he would be handling my account because the person who sold me the site, Matt Riley had quit the company mysteriously after being promoted! Anthony the "marketing coach" suckered me out of $3000 to get the ball rolling. Since then he hasn't called me. Although I have called him he never answers my questions straight or has any marketing advice or PLAN for that matter.

When I finally cuaght up with Mike Tomlin he said they were in a tech meeting all afternoon and the that his BMW had broken down. Hell they are only there from 11am to 5, but still go for lunch. long story short, they haven't done anything. He was supposed to help me figure out how to customize the site and the only thing he ever did was change the size and color of the front page font.

I asked for my money back and Anthony said he had to get authorization from the owner. He called back the next day and left a message saying they were refunding the money and to call him back. I spoke with him and he said they would do it immediately. I then spoke to Mike Tomlin, since Anthony said he would be taking care of it. He told me it would be sent to billing and taken care of right away. The next day Ryan ( who sounded mysteriously like Anthony) said that those people had no authorization to refund my money. I told him they had received the authorization from the owner. Obviously a lie from all ends!

He said they could cancel my account and take my money for nothing, or I could continue on trying to make any money with their lame system. Well, after looking at all these other folks that said they had never made a dime, I pretty much knew I'd been had.

I had a friend of mine look at the source code and he said the guy who Matt Riley claimed was an ASU graduate and a brilliant code writer Goran the CEO didn't know how to use it. Cascading Layers all wrong etc!

Do not fall for this or you will be sorry!

After much research and more rip off reports from new victims, I have concluded that these guys are completely unsafe to do any business with. This may be a long explanation of all of my information, but it will help you not get ripped off like the rest of us! Read on...

First of all if you have any doubts as to whether these folks are real business people or you have become another victim, please call Detective Sullivan at the Cyber Crimes Unit of the Scottsdale Police at 480-312-5175. We need all the people we can get to file compaints with their department in their jurisdiction to nail these guys. This house of cards is coming down around the two brothers, Dan and Goran, fast! Also file with the BBB in Scottsdale, with IC3.gov, the internet crime complaints center. Don't forget to update your reports here at Rip-Off Report. I know it takes time, but we all need each other to get these scam artists.

Also, make sure you file complaints with your credit card companies, paypal or however you paid (even by check) so they can put the money on hold from Adriatic's merchant account. Do not hesitate or you will lose the chance to get your money back. It will also keep them from making any money. It will all be tied up until the investigations are over. I have already done this.

After months of sending information back and forth to the banks I have yet to see Goran address any of the issues I presented in the complaints. Especially here in this forum. His "employees" send diversionary information to the banks and tell you that you just haven't marketed, thinking no one has the resources or knowledge to investigate the company on a technical level. They have changed company names, addresses and phone numbers so many times, but they cannot hide if you guys keep informing us of the new address and phone information they give you.

Goran claims to have talked with me personally to resolve my complaints and I have never heard from him, EVER! I am not sure he is even a real person or what his name or anyone else in their circle might really be. I have talked with many people in the organization and they are all supposedly buddies from ASU who go out together all the time so you know they talk. This was told to me by Mike Tomlin, their supposed technical service person. Anthony and Ryan and the original salesman Matt Riley all told me little bits and pieces of the relationships, but who knows what is lies or truth. Matt is gone and I haven't heard from anyone since I got the ring around the rosie treatment from Anthony, Mike and Ryan. Mike had said he was going to quit since he was getting so many compaints. I repeatedly asked to have Goran to contact me and no one would have him call me. They said no. Then he claims to have talked with me and it is not true. They gave me "FREE HOSTING" for the website as a token, but if it doesn't work, it's a moot point.

It is important to understand the nature of what they do and how they do it. By using documentation that says no refunds, they are using the laws of Arizona to their benefit, even when they do not perform the work. In their initial lettters, email and advertising they claim that the website is "TURN KEY" and will belong to you. It doesn't, nor does the domain name. It doesn't because you cannot access the HTML code, and they block the domain so it cannot be transferred when they register it with Go Daddy. The claim to have the state of the art system and it is only a poorly designed shopping cart template. The sites are not internet search engine friendly, failing most of the time to register with them on search engine submittal link they gave me to submit it to. They claim to do what is called SEO or Search Engine Optimization in their upgrade package and haven't even performed it on their own website, why would they do it for yours? On and on...

Look at all their marketing materials and they make claims to all of this. It won't happen and never will. No one has ever received a commission check (except them) and no one has made any sales from them that I know of, even though I have repeatedly asked them to show me proof. Ask them real questions and you get no real answer, only circles of BS going nowhere. Don't be fooled by their merry-go-round.

My biggest question to them is this; why with all the money being made globally in this industry would you need to rip people off for such small amounts of money, when you could be making a fortune. Why? It's a 54 billion dollar industry! Because you either don't know how or you don't care! Tell me ANYONE to call and verify that they actually received money from Adriatic or youradultstore.net and we'll have the police and banks check the information. Don't tell me it's a matter of client privacy. If you had one customer who was willing to give you a reference, we would know.

The most important thing to know is they determine how much money you have to spend and then ask for it. Their pricing is not set. I asked Ryan and he said he lets their sales people charge what ever they want. Really? No standard pricing for the same exact service? Why do some pay thousands for what others pay less than a few hundred? Because they just want to take whatever you have! Hmmmm...they also don't ever tell you exactly what they have in their marketing portfolio for SEO. What is entailed and what work do you provide for the money? Anthony is their marketing salesman (or was) and couldn't give me a list. What a fool I am, but you don't have to be! What do you mean you will handle it, don't worry? Where is my update after months and months? I haven't seen anything but a change of the home page picture. That isn't s****.> Thanks to David for giving me the Scottsdale Police Detective's number and just remember, what comes around goes around.

Dear Mr. Will,

After reading all the rip off complaints against these two individuals what they took from alot of people.

I decided to contact ScottsDale Police (Cyber Crime Unit) and spoke with a Detective Sullivan.

I filled him in on there two scum bags that keep taking money from people and don't produce.

He advised me (Detective Sullivan) for all the people involved (that lost money) to please contact him personally, he assured me they will take immediate action against these people involved.

Since my first posting I have had several conversations with the folks at Adriatic and it seems we may have come to reasonable and fair terms. Having the understanding that the company was taken over just recently, they have begun to work on the issues we have discussed at length. I feel that as of yesterday we may be able to work through the issues and in good time have a product with which we can both make money!

I did get to see some of their work today and I greatly appreciate the fact that they apologized for the delays. I hope that in the future we will both grow the business on a solid foundation of teamwork and communication.
