Adriatic Services has infringed upon our trademark. The assigned Attorney by the USPTO has approved the trademark registration of "Just A Little Naughty" and it now awaits its final receipt of its registration number.
Adriatic Services has created a website who's title is "Just A Little Naughty Too" which clearly is an illegal act of intentional infringement.
This site contains the exact product line as our's and will most definitely cause customer confusion, which is the definition of trademark infringement..."using the same or like company name and selling same product line which could cause confusion to the customer".
We are starting small in hopes to resolve this situation quickly and out of the courts...but are more than ready to take this to a court of law if need be.
We've used Rip-Off Reports before and have had success. We will start here, then we will move to the BBB of AZ where this Adriatic Services is located. If this does not help, we will then file a complaint with their website's server WildWestDomains...aka secureserver along with all necessary documents to take down this site that is illegally using a trademark filed name until the name is removed and not used anymore in any form.
I personally prefer this to be taken care of easily for the best interest of both parties, but am also ready to take this to court if necessary.

Update - Rip-Off Report filed hastily after speaking with a Dustin Snieder at Adriatic Servies. Very rude and unprofessional. From his actions caused my reaction to file a complaint about the TM infringement that one of their affiliates was causing.
After hastily reporting due to Dustin's tone, I was able to speak with a Mike Sand at Adriatic Services and he came thru with flying colors and had their affiliate customer change their site name. Turns out it was a woman that used to work for us, who apparently was under the impression she was still with us and could use our company name on her own website. She phoned us after Mike at Adriatic contacted her.
Speaking of Mike at Adriatic, he was GREAT and helped out so much and was just a really nice guy. Thanks Mike, your help was greatly appreciated.
But thanks to Mike Sand at Adriatic, he was a completely honest, fun, and professional man to deal with, and YES, I did call to say thank you...which by the way I did NOT have to do Robert, and no idle threats had to be made from neither myself nor Mike to handle this situation either.....my call was something Mike deserved to hear, as he deserves to read MY words of appreciation!
Adriatic is not in control over what their affiliates name their sites, but now are hopefully warning their affiliates to be sure to check for TM filing just to make sure their affiliates AND themselves stay out of hot water.
At any rate, the TM infringement was taken care of thanks to MIKE S., and all is well.
End of this situation.
