Advanced Media Group LLC Phil DamianoMichael R Hoffman Lawsuit won but defendants have five (5) years to pay $600 back !!! Arizona

I was scammed by Advanced Media Group in December of 2009 regarding setting up a web based home based business.  To make a long story short, they were convicted in a class action lawsuit in July 2014, FIVE years after we all complained and wrote letter to the Arizona Attorney General. 

I personally was scammed for $600.  I received a check for $314 and told I was to get the rest at a later time.  I called the Arizona Attorney Generals Office and was told I would receive the rest within one (1) to two (2) years.  I asked for a copy of the court proceeding.  Well come to find out, the defendants, Phil Damiano and Michael R. Hoffman have five (5) years to pa this back with NO interest.

What kind of justice is this????  These guys should be in jail.  They were scamming people at the height of the economic downturn when people lost their jobs and were trying to keep their head above water.  I eventually lost my house to foreclosure.  I bought it under a VA Loan and now cannot ever buy a house until I pay the governement almost $49,000.  I'm a retired engineer living off Social Security.  My hopes of living a peaceful life in my so called "golden years" are gone.

This almost makes me want to find these two individuals and get vigilante justice..........The small people lose.
