Today, Nov. 18, 2009 I discovered that my domain name and business email could not be found. This was paid through a credit card, for $159.95 CDN and promises were that the email would be up and running within 48 hours. That was over 30 days ago.

LowRateApprovals.com LLC is not licensed in several sates, and although I was assurred this program was available in Canada, unfortunately Canadian citizens cannot get access to the site. LowRateApprovals is not a lending institute and is not an application for credit, however, it is merely a loan pre-qualification service. They will submit your application and AMG will find 3 or 4 quotes on interest rates, the customer is responsible for credit rating reports, and are subject to a maximium of $570.00 for processing.

The Truth About Advanced Media Group

AUTHOR: Advanced media group - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 04, 2009

All Advanced Media Group affiliates can view their website within 24-48 hours of purchase.

All AMG clients are either emailed their start-up documentation or mailed their documentation within 24 hours of purchase.

All 23 AMG BBB complaints have been resolved.  AMG has well over 10,000 clients

Of these 10,000 clients, currently 5 have filed Ripoff reports.

AMG is not licensed in Indiana to sell businesses or advertising due to the fact that Indiana charges $75,000.00 to any company/individual to register and license to sell in Indiana.

AMG is not in breach of any contract, license infringement, investigation, etc. with the state of Indiana or any state agency, individual, entity what so ever.

This client actively admitted that she was "having a bad day" and apologized to our company for filing this complaint. Here is the copy of customer's service file:

11/25/2009 14:15:04 : johnnyp : Comment :: JF--- recived a letter that was based on the call that is briefly noted prior.
11/18/2009 16:43:03 : johnnyp : Cancel :: Our company received a fax from client early this morning where she presented her disatisfaction with our service and made allegations of fraud towards the company. After reviewing the correspondense, I placed a call back to the client this morning to go over brash letter that was sent.

I advised cardholder of what she had purchased, disclosed previous transactions that were refunded, and proceeded to directly ask her how she would feel compelled to write false allegations against our company? The cardholder became apologetic of her letter, and stated she was having a bad night.

I told her that is no reason to try to mark our companies reputation. Not only has the company fulfilled on intial purchase with the development of her website, but even refunded her advertising IN FULL of $3000.00 without blinking. Client stated that she read some bad remarks against our company.

I advised the client that if it's not from a credited organization like the BBB, our company does not acknowledge it. Just anyone can go online these days and write negative comments without recourse. If we are not given the ability to defend our company, that we don't acknowledge it.

I advised client that on the BBB, all complaints have been closed satisfactory. There are not unresolved compalints and out of the 10000 members we have, only 23 complaints surfaced. I told client that if she is looking for a refund, she is passed the 72hour cancellation period to be elligible. If she needs assistance in promoting the business, we are here at no cost. I advised client of two offers I was willing to do for her. I told client that the first option would give her the ability to operate the business without paying hosting of $19.95 ever with the business. Option two would direct our company to shut the site down, and stop hosting.

Client would be alloted 12 calander months to re-establish service without paying any up front cost. Client told me that she didn't like either option. Told client that once again, she would not be getting a refund if this is what this letter was all about. I provided client with my contact information, and stated that if I could further assist in advertising, to call me direct.

11/05/2009 16:18:30 : johnnyp : Comment :: RV client called in to talk to me about cancelling her advertising package. I forwarded her information to her Marketing Coach.

11/03/2009 15:29:01 : johnnyp : Comment :: RV contacted client to notify her that her advettising documents have been sent to her e-mail address. The client stated she did received them and that she would sign them and return them within the next few minutes

10/20/2009 12:43:46 : sheilam : Comment :: RV contacted client to notify her that her welcome package has been sent to her e-mail address. She informed that she did receive it. I then provided her with my name and information explaining to her that I offer mentoring and coaching on the five levels of marketing to help her work the business.

10/19/2009 11:47:30 : lillian : Comment :: I contacted client to perform a follow up call on the business package. She stated did not receive I confirmed her e-mail addrs. She stated correct advise her we can send a again. I advised her if she has any questions she may contact us.

The truth about Low Rate Approvals:

Here are some of the new details on LRA.

We have established a relationship with a Federally Chartered Bank.  This means we are able to accommodate clients in all 50 states.

We have established relationships with credit repair and loan modification specialists allowing affiliates to earn a commission on these items as well.   These items allow the affiliate to earn commission in two ways.  They earn a commission when they refer a client who signs up, and then an additional commission when the clients credit repair or modification is complete.

We are working on adding some legal services to the site as well allowing affiliates to earn commissions for referrals on this.

LRA is one of the few mortgage services offered to affiliates licensed in all 50 states.

Advanced Media Group has well over 10,000 satisfied clients.  We have been in business since 2003.  Two companies merged in 2005 to form Advanced Media Group.
