This company not only uses deceptive advertisement but has absolutely no interest in good customer relationship. I stopped using my card as soon as I received the notice that it would increase on September 2, 2008 because this would constitute my acceptance of the new terms. Well guess what, they still up my interest rate and charged me according to the new rate. I Filed with the FDIC. This is the link. https://www2.fdic.gov/starsmail/index.asp I can see 100 of other complaints on this website. Let's all file!
