Advanta Bank Corp is a RIPOFF. I opted out of the new interest rate terms 29.99% and they closed my account and still raised it.

I constantly called and complained and refused to pay until I got some resolve. They reported this to the three credit bureaus. Did Advanta receive any bailout money from the government?

Can we all file a class action law suit against them? Someone please advise. Thanks.
