impossible to deal with. Each time you call and ask to work with them, they tell you to make an absorbitant payment and then they will work with you. classic bait and switch. Try to speak to the American office and you are told it is closed (2:15 ET on a Friday). Who can we call to shut down these crooks. Never saw such stupid people, I'll go Chapter 7 and they will lose everything
