I have had an account with this company for over (2) years. Just recently after transferring othe higher rate accounts to this account, they increased my default interest rate from 9.9% to 27.18%. I have made all payments on time via their web site, have the documentation to confirm payment and they have reported me as "Paid as Agreed" with the (3) credit reporting agencies.

When I asked them for specific reasons for the rate hike, they could not provide specifics - just stating that they consider me a high risk even thought my account is current and my FICA score is 765.

They have no lagitimate reason to consider me an increased risk. THIS IS A SCAM!
