ADVANTA BANK CORP EXCESSIVE INTEREST CHARGES AND DELAYING PAYMENTS TO ACCOUNTS Salt Lake City Utah

I had the Advanta Small Business Card for approximately a year and a half. The interest rate went from 9.9% to 35%. Payment were always sent seven days before the due date and always more than the minimum. They marked me late on two occasions. They were asked to credit me back. The answer was NO. They were ask to lower the interest rate. Again the answer was NO. So I paid them off. The next statement I got was for interest that hadn't been charged yet. I again called them and asked them to remove the $26.20 and call it even. And again they said NO. For anybody out there that deals with these people, watch out.
