When our trip to Ireland was reschedule from May 2011 to September 2011 for medical reasons, Aer Lingus Vacation Store cancelled the auto insurance we had paid for and did not inform us, compelling us to purchase it again upon arrival in Dublin. The company is not forthcoming about the fact that it retained the money for the service it eliminated. Aer Lingus Airlines recommended this travel agency and disavows all responsibility.
