Aerogrow Aerogarden Flowers that won't bloom Internet, Internet

Aerogrow/garden is not really a nursery but there was not category specific to this kind of product.  I purchased my Aerogarden some years ago and was satisfied with it at the time.  Recently I purchased 3 new seed kits and am unhappy with the two that I have grown  The lettuce seed kit grew, but did not regrow as advertised.  So I had one crop of lettuce and that was it.  Cheaper and more abundant from the grocery store.  If figured I just got a weak batch.  Then I planted the cascading petunias guaranteed to bloom in 4 weeks.  Five weeks have passed and no blooms.  I put in a call to customer service and the only words they had for me were:  we only guarantee germination, not blossoms.  Well thanks a lot.  Why in the hell would I buy a flowering seed kit if I didn't want flowers?  The customer service lady couldn't have been more adamant.  Clearly it was just my tough luck and I'm an isolated case and too bad.  No offer for reimbursement or replacement.  I will never order from these people again and I wouldn' t be surprised with this kind of attitude that their sales are not that great.
