Received a bill from afni collection agency stating I owed $ 392.64. Wants me to send half to settle.

Called AT&T to see if this was a real debt owed. AT&T said my account is up to date, and I have never been behind on payment. THIS COMPANY(anfi) IS NOT A REAL COLLECTION AGENCY!!!!
