After more than 13 years, I was wrongfully charged for home telephone service. Although the company did have my correct address, (around that time) they had the wrong name and servcie address for the phone number. I believe they just wanted payment for services rendered and went after t he next available person. The charge was actually for my ex-wife. At this point, I have disputed the bill and have not paid them.
