Like so many others I received now two collection notices from AFNI, the most recent stating that half of a bogus Qwest bill would satisfy the imaginary debt incurred by moi.

100 instead of 200 US Dollars.

I only signed up for this to hopefully stop future mailings to me and other victims of this insane greed-driven scumbag of a worthless pile of s**t company and its creator: the OMNI-scum of this globe. May IT rot in the bowels of a rotten corpse of demon dung forever more AMEN!

Pay back for AFNI

AUTHOR: Brian - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, July 13, 2012

Hey John,
I too am dealing with this scumbag company, and I see that you are heated over this.  If you want to make them pay you have to follow steps.  I am and now I am enjoying this.

First have you contacted all 3 credit bureaus to dispute this fake claim?

If they did and said its valid, did they give you any proof?

Now write a nice certified letter to AFNI. About how you are requesting for them to show you proof that this is indeed your bill.  Request a signed copy of the contract.  At best they will send some type of cover page of a bill with your name and address on it.  This is not enough.  I can use your name and my works address and never pay then you will be charged for my bill.  Because in their pretzel logic is if it has your name and an address its you.  Now you never received any bills because you don't live at my work address.  This is not proof under the fair credit reporting act.

So write this letter and send it certified.  You will get a card in the mail saying the mail man delivered it and they signed for it.   I give the 7 days from the signature on the card to respond.  I also say that a lack of response within that time is validation of this being a false report and needs to be removed today from my credit report and all collection attempts need to stop today.

After that time is up make copies of the letter, the signed stub from the post office and write a letter to the Attorney General Office in the state they work in.  This gets them nervous, also send copies to the FTC and Postal Inspector for mail fraud.

The next step is to file a small claims suit in your county asking for 5,000 per lie.  However you have to find their representative of the state you live in and file on them to go to court.

Until everyone who has a problem with these con artist does this, they will continue and you can continue to wine about it.

Now targetting my parents

AUTHOR: John lab - (U.S.A.)

Afni is pretty ballsy...Now 6 months later sending me a collection notice at my parents address saying they woud settle for 100 instead of the 200 they claim I owe. Why they are still in business proves the corrupt nature of this country we live in. From now on I will ignore any collection agency request or claim because credit is fraudulant to begin with and the monetary system in the US is commonday slavery.

If you don't think so, ask yourself a few fundamental questions about survival and how it would be accomplished without money. I believe you will discover it is necessary if you want to live in this society and not in prison.

What is the lesson? We must eradicate the monetary system in the world now! How? Refuse to use it. Boycott it. Look into the Venus Project for more answers.
