first of all they dont even tell you about the trial and how much shipping is. I refused the package because the shipping was $10.41. I found this out and immediately canceled the memebership. Now they charged me an additional $78.41 and wont give me my money back and I didnt even accept the package. Then they gave me a tracking number which is false because I have checked i t numerous time and nothing shows up on the usps website for the tracking number. I am so angry. They are rude and unhelpful. never again
