On 07/31/2009, I was charged $2.41 for what was presented as was a Risk Free Trial and with no cancellation period. I thought that would be the only charge.
I have ordered online things before and never had this problem. I have always made sure to keep up with the time frame so I am not billed anything more over what I ordered, other than the trial merchandise.
I was charged $69.41 as of August 08th, 2009. I was not happy at all about this as I was not aware when I ordered this.
The Risk Free Trial Ad was as follows:
Thank you for your Free Trial order of our NEW Daily Antioxidant Age-Defense Creme. Your order is currently being processed, and will ship within 2-3 business days of sign-up. Upon shipment an e-mail containing your invoice receipt will be sent to the e-mail address provided at sign-up. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Department online or by phone (1-866-686-6429) with any questions that you may have.
I never received an email from the company and there was nothing in the box when I got the order on the cancellation policies on their website. I have tried to cancel and get a refund, with no luck.
When I placed the order, it stated it was a Risk Free Trial . There was nothing stated about a membership or nothing stating that I had to cancel with in 14days etc!
I was ripped off by this company and I am therefore reporting them and I want to have them shut down ASAP. and have removed from offering online offers as they are dishonest and rip people off.
Below is the last request that I submitted online on the Age Invisible Website:

I have tried to cancel the membership you tricked me into with your "RISK FREE TRIAL". I do NOT wish to receive any of your products and I wish to be removed from your membership list. I did NOT agree to be a member; therefore, I want a refund of the charges you have placed on my credit card. I have also reported you for doing so. I have printed this request and also saved a copy for my files. I would appreciate a prompt response.
