I ordered a trial sample of Age Invisible, a wrinkle cream. I was charged the full amount of almost $80 during this trial which was supposed to be 14 days.
When I called the company to dispute this charge, they told me I had only 10 days and the time began on day it was sent. I only had the product for 5 days. They were quite resistant to my request of a credit, I had to tell them I would contact my credit card co. before the next supervisor finally issued it.
