AJ Richies horrible customer service & lack of communication....still no product Kings New York

 This company should not be in business......rip off, lack of communication via phone or email. Horrible & rude customer service dept. Ordered a camera online 5/10/13 the only thing their website stated was it was processed.....3 wks later "no camera". Was told last wk(5/21) that I would receive within 24 hrs a confirmation & tracking # after it shipped that day which I never did. Was told that I wuld receive the camera on OR bfore 5/29 which i never did.

Called them 5/30/13 was told that the camera was back ordered & they had no idea when they would even get it in. I cancelled the order then. I was lucky to get out of the whole thing without costing me any money or anymore time. When we did call their cust service reps were rude, hung up & gave inaccurate information. Dont get caught up with this outfit...not worth the savings you think you may save......
