All American Dish Network ripoff / deceiving /don't care attitude after you have committed as customer Indianapolis Indiana

My wife and I started in March and decided to go with All American Dish Network since it appeared that we were getting a great deal. Along with this deal we were suppose to get 1) $10 off our bill for 10 months (which we have), 2) 4 rooms of dish activity and installation (which we have), 3) 2 rooms with DVR (which we have) and lastly 4) a $100.00 GIFT CARD (which we have yet to receive)! My wife and I have waited for 6-8 weeks for this card when one day we received this voucher in the mail for the $100.00 gift card. I was angry as we had done what we committed to do to get the actual $100.00 card. I called them and they said this is how their marketing department set this deal up.

I proceeded to fill the voucher out and was disgusted with what they needed from us to prove our identity and that this was not fraud on our part in obtaining this $100.00 gift card. They wanted a picture ID, 1st month copy of DISH bill that matched ID and a $2.95 money order. The Dish Network should automatically call them and make arrangements with this company to have a card sent. For GOD's sake they had a credit card number over the phone that we gave them without a picture ID? We sent Evoke Incentives, this marketing firm everything they needed except instead of sending them a $2.95 cent money order (which actually cost me $3.74) we sent them a personal check. They now refuse to send us our $100.00 gist card because we did not follow the 6 step plan exactly to their specifications. They should just have requested specifically the corrected information and said processing was going to be delayed? Evoke Incentives blames this process on ALL AMERICAN DISH and ALL AMERICAN DISH blames Evoke Incentives for this horrible business practice.

Because I had done business with DISH NETWORK and they were the ones advertising this promotion I would have thought they would be concerned for an irrate client and every single customer service agent has been rude and absolutely unwilling to help me with this issue. We originally expected the actual gift card from ALL AMERICAN DISH as that is what the web site references back on March 5, 2006. ("$100.00 Gift Card with Order) The principle of this excersize is to tell business to stop taking advantage of the consumer and making it impossible to obtain what you all promise. Start accepting owness of your problems and taking responsibility!!!
