All My Sons Moving & Storage Lazy and careless workers, rude management staff and a total ripoff Hilton Head Georgia

Where do I start? DO NOT USE this company to move your furniture. It was the worst experiance ever.. I have been moved 4 times by other companies in the past and each time the job was completed within 2 hours. The job was also completed by professional people who knew what they were doing..

This WAS NOT the case with All My Sons. They dropped 2 pieces of furniture out of the truck without an apology. When I called and spoke to someone at the office telling them about how slow they were and how they mistreated my furniture I was then treated rudely and told they would get the movers side of the story and call me right back.. After calling every day for 3 WEEKS I was finally refunded 30 minutes worth of work because he said thats typical to take 4 hours (not including drive time) to move a few pieces of furniture.

After calling the claims company to get an answering machine to fax your claim to them.. The fax number to send your claim has been disconnected.. This company is a scam..

After being on their website I noticed they have a Better Buisiness Bureau icon that links to NOTHING..

I contacted the BBB and asked them if it's legal to have this logo.. This is what they said..

"The simple answer is that they aren't allowed to display our logo online or anywhere else for that matter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I will be notifing the company that they must remove it immediately as well as notifing our attorneys that this company is illegally using the BBB Logo on their website and if the company does not remove the logo immediately then our attorneys will take over with charges of copywright infringement."

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
