All-Star Moving and Storage All-Star Movers, All-Star Relocation Charge WAY more than estimate, VERY rude, terrible customer service, Internet

Not only did they show up the day before I told them it was absolutely necessary they be there (and was assured that it would be no problem to do this), they then charged thousands of dollars more than we were estimated. Oh yeah, and didn't tell us this until the entire truck was packed up so there wasn't really a way for us to change our minds. However, we were assured that the amount we were paying was a FLAT RATE and there would be absolutely no more charges upon delivery--that this flat ate covered everything no matter what. We were assured this over and over.

Come delivery day, we are told that we have to pay an extra $200 long carry charge. I called the company to complain and try to explain that we had signed a flat rate contract and they refused to listen to help, claiming that they have nothing to do with the delivery, just the moving itself. I am beyond livid at the lack of customer care that this company has exhibited and will NEVE use them again.
