I bought a Picasso reproduction painting from allpainter.com but it was impounded by US customs who asked me to produce a license. I emailed allpainter.com to send me a copy of their licensing agreement with the Picasso estate but they don't have one and now LV FENG YAN won't give me any refund. I can't get my money back as their online payment is to a bank in China who don't give credit card refunds to Western banks. Avoid this Chinese scammer.
