I ordered a painting from allpainter.com and paid online on their website where it says payment is by Paypal. I was a little confused as I wasn’t transferred to the Paypal website to make my payment but just asked to enter my card details on allpainter.com’s website. Later I found out that my card was charged $320 by Bank of China and not Paypal (I called Paypal and they said that they had banned this website) but I never received any painting. Also, my card was changed an additional $550 for restaurants bills in Zhengzhou, China but I’ve never been to China!. I asked my card company to refund me but they said they couldn’t because they couldn’t get the money back from a Chinese bank. Avoid these thieves.
