I tried ordering through their online site and was not able to place the order on July 15th. Site was getting hanged. Then i receive a call from their customer service department that they can take my order online and its just 2.99$.

Did not mention anything about calling them to cancel the service in 18 days. Then on August 1st i see them charge me 180$. So icall them up and their customer service agent was rude pathetic and said i did not read the fine print. I said i ordered online and was never told about this condition of cancelling the order in 18 days. He said and i quote"I dont care. You did not cancel and i am not going to revert the charges." These people are scamsters,cheaters and should be banned.
