ON 3/27/2015 I ordered trial order for $4.98 that i received. ON 4/16/2015 I was charged 2 separate $89.99 charges for a total of  $179.95. ON 4/26/15 days later received bottles. Never received an email or anything stating something was shipping. I quickly called and stated to cancel my account and I did not want this.  They game me a RMA# I quickly returned the  product. I assumed the credit would be issued I called a couple of timed in May 2015 and June 2015. I was told each time they would credit.  IN January of 2016 I starting calling again as I still have not received credit. I was told that they would issue a credit and it takes 15-20 days.  In February I called as I have not received my credit.

I called every day for 30 days. I got a different story each time. They stated they credited back my card and it did not go through. No call no email no communication what so ever.  I asked for a supervisor and not one is ever there to help.  They always state they will escalate to "Upper Management". I called today. On 3/15/2016 I called and finally got to speak with upper management and they said they would send a check. I asked for a check # they refused. It would take at least 15 days for a check. 4/9/16 I called again and the person I spoke with was very helpful and he supposedly try to re-run credit. It failed for some reason. Also he stated no check was cut and he had to speak with upper management. They do not work on week-ends or Mondays. Basically they have lied each and every time I called.
