I agreed to their contract based on their assurances that the ants in my house/walkways and chiggers on my front steps would be gone. It's even written on the contract. Never happened. After numerous retreats, I still have ants and chiggers. They got their money, and when the ants continued, they literally dropped off ant traps for me to put on my kitchen counters! I could have bought them at Krogers.

When I told them I did not want them to come any more they still did and charged my credit card stating that we had a contract. Seems no does not mean no to these people.

Also, I checked into these people. They do not use their address on anything (unlisted on every web site and no address on their printed literature or company web site), and when they responded to my email complaints, they did not include any name of the person responding. They are an out of state company with a pest control license that is based on an out of business entity.

I highly recommend that you do NOT sign any contract with these people. They appear to be a very deceitful operation.

Alterra Pest Control Bugs and Bugs: This company has never gotten rid of our bugs outside after their quarterly treatments. We have gotten them to respray, with the same results. Today our questions were answered: I was home in bed and witnessed the tech attempting to remove the spider webs from the eaves in a hit & miss fashion.
