America Cameras No merchandise, no refund Internet

This company is either incompetent or completely dishonest.They jerked me around for more than two months.

I bought a camera and a macro lens. The camera came within a week, but the lens was continually backordered. Finally they said they couldn't supply the lens (after two months). To get my refund, I had to return the camera as well because they were bought as a package.

They said they would send a new camera overnight. They didn't. Then they said in four days. It didn't come.

Today I called and they said the camera was sold out, so the order was cancelled and my money refunded. I have not received a refund either for the lens or for the entire order. These people suck! Stay away!

I got the lens they couldn't supply in 60 days from 42nd St. Camera in three days. Ordered the camera from them, too, and it's on the truck to be delivered after only two days. Avoid America Cameras like the plague.

We'll see if I get my refund. If not, I'm out almost $1200.
