6 months for this system and now we are having problems, we called a different Contractor to come and look at the system and were told the system was not installed correctly The air return ducting is too small for the new system and brass tubing should have been replaced, the combustion air pipe was installed inside the garage should have been above the roof line for the furnace

We paid way too much for this contractor and all parts and labor, now we have to pay a honest contractor to fix the all the mistakes We have a new 2 stage heat pump plus a variable speed furnace installed was told the replacement filters are $100 the actually cost is $20-$25 dollars for filters.Estimate I was ripped off by about $1000.00 dollars or more.

The fix by the new contractor is not covered under the warranty by Lennox as it was poorly installed so I must pay additional $300.00 dollars to get the system to run properly
