American Air Duct Cleaning horrible customer service westminster, Internet

I called a couple different air duct cleaning companies for comparison. It seemed like american air duct cleaning was one of the cheaper estimates (cupon)  website seemed professional and stated certified hvac technicians. I scheduled an appointment and stated that I did have a cupon. $70 cupon for 10 vents and that returns were extra ($15each). I have 12 vents and 3 returns so I knew it would be more than the cupon. I wanted the furnace cleaned also so I figured I would be around $150 or so. My wife was home that day when they came and she said she could hardly understand the technician and his explainations were very vague, he kind of overwhelmed my wife with a check list. She figured everything was ok since I had spoken with the company prior to the appointment and I had requested the services. He was there about an hour and there was dirt/ dust chunks in several locations of the house that were not cleaned up, he had to cut access panels in the ducts near the furnace to hook up some hoses. He left sharp metal cuttings & sections of the vent panel on the floor and in my childrens bathroom next to the furnace room. My wife paid the bill and let me know when I got home that it was $225. I was very upset,  she assumed I knew the estimate since I set up the appointment. I tried to call the company several times. Left voicemail with no return call. Spoke with lana a couple times describing my situation in detail and that I wanted a manager to call me back. I have heard nothing form them , I have sent them e-mail complaints etc.   Do not use this company!
