American Auto Shield LLC Authorized repairs were started and then they denied them due to them manipulating the coverage wording Arvada Colorado

 My wifes car radiator failed. I purchased a warranty from American Auto Shield LLC back in December. The car went to the garage they followed the procedure and called in to AAS and got authorization to do repairs.After starting the repairs AAS called back and said that they would not cover repairs because of the way the garage worded the damage.

The garage called me and told me what had happened. I called AAS and asked what thier problem was, and that I had  bumper to bumper coverage. They replied that the way the garege described the damage they would not cover the damage. Thier reason was that a part related to the radiator was mentioned in the claim and in thier eyes that part was not covered and it was related to the damage.

Pretty much thier excuse was that the part was not part of the radiator and that it may or may not have contributred to the failure, obviously they choose to say it did.

The garage said they would reword thier claim not knowing exactly what caused the damage,and it was possibly just a mechanical failure. AAS replied go ahead we will just send a technition to give a second opinion and they are going to deny it.
