This started by receiving numerous phone calls from a man by Michael Smith. He left numerous messages on my phone stating that if I don't return his calls immediately, he will seek legal actions against me and that I will be arrested Monday, October 15 on my job. He also left a message on my work phone with the last 4-digit of my social security number and my birthdate.

So, I got concern about who was this man calling me, I called my mom and gave her the number to call to see who this was and why were they calling. My mom called and the gentlemen said he would call her back, but she never received a call back from him. The calls stopped for the rest of that day and started back on Saturday, October 13,2012. On Saturday, October 13, 2012 I answered my phone and after I said Hello, the man asks me do you have a lawyer that we need to speak to. I said excuse me, who are you? I am calling from a law firm and there is a suit against you and we are not negotiating. I was shocked and I ask him what lawsuit? Who are you? The man stated that I owed his company $395 and he was not going to negotiate and if I could not pay that amount today (Saturday, October13, 2012), I will be arrested Monday, October 15, 2012 and he hung up the phone. So, I called him back and I ask again who you are. He stated his name was Steve Martin and he was calling from West Alice Law firm or West Alic Law Firm. I am not sure which one was the right spelling because he had a very heavy accent. I asked Mr. Martin can I speak to a Manager or Supervisor and he said I am both the manager and supervisor, so you can only deal with me and noone else. He stated if I don't want to pay $395 today, he can't talk to me.

Mr. Martin stated I owe American Cash Advance and I need to pay $395, if I don't want to go to jail. I said I don't have $395.00 to give to you. And he stated I will see you in Court on Monday and hunged the phone up. I called the number again and a woman answered the phone and I explain to her my concern and she said hold on and then the phone went dead. I tried to call that number again numerous times, but I kept getting busy sounds. The number I dial was (414)448-2221. I looked up the number on 411.com and it said it was a landline in Milwaukee, WI and it also come on my phone as listed in Switzerland. I have reason to believe that this is a scam from American Cash. Because I did not borrow any money from this company. Please help.

Thank you
