I took out a $600 loan and they were drafting before my paydays, causing alot of bank charges and troubles. After their payments started coming back, I received calls several times a day regarding my account. Then finally a person from their collections dept called and offered a settlement of only $750 or something like that, in 4 payments. I was ok with that.

Then I was told that I can receive another loan and won't have to pay as much back for my 2nd loan and can make payments online, etc. Sounded good and so I got a $700 loan, in which I was told that I can pay it off with automatic drafts in just a few months. They didn't disiclose my total payments, but said that in 3 month's time I pay $199.20 every other pay day, nbut the payments will adjust based on how much I have left after each payment posting. I was like ok that sounds good.

I started noticing that $199.20 was the only amount drafted once again prior to my due date. I called to complain and they claim they changed the due date. From April to June or July, noticed that these payments were still coming out. I called again and asked how much I had left to pay off. They said I agreed to 16 payments of $199.20 every other week and that I had already paid $1100. I did stop payments and told them they won't receive another dime. They called with threats and I didn't care. So their collections dept called again and offered to only take $1000 more, saying I owe $1200 more. I said they won't receive anything else from me. When I asked what was the $199.20 every other week for. They said I was renewing my loan and none of the money went toward the principal at all and that if you don't pay it back in the first month or two, then you automatically agree to making the 16 payments.  So they constantly email and call to try to collect, but they will not get anything else from me. And the thing about it is that the customer reps say the same thing, "I know it's not fair, but that's how your account is set up and most people don't really understand how we do our loans". I said i wasn't explained that, and they agreed.

I went to their website and got this:

So NOW they say that there are other companies trying to operate under their name and are fraudulent. Hmmm, really. I said I was going to complain to every website I can, as well as to the FTC.
