My loan was approved & placed in my account in August. The first payment was due of $81 on 9/15, and was debited evry month on the 15th and 30 or 31st of each month. The $81 was debited each month, twice a month until January 2015. I called in between months to check on the balance, which was $300 everytime I called. After a total of $648 was debited from my account, I put a stop to this on January 2015. They are now threatening me & blowing my phone up for non payment, as if nothing has been payed to them. Thay are threatening to take me to court (this was received throw an e-mail), and saying that I unlawfully took $300 from them through an online services and has not paid them back. I do not intend to be ripped off from my hard earned money as far as I am concerned, they have been paid their money, plus some that was NOT owed to them.

Contract?

What does the contract say is the total amount you will pay back??? At first, the interest is paid down and with these deadbeat lenders, there's very high interest. That's why the balance went down very little. Guess what? You signed a contract to pay back the principal, interest and any fees you generated. Enjoy your day in court.
I would be very careful with that phone. If they keep "blowing it up" there must not be much of it left by now. I certainly wouldn't want you hit with shrapnel.
